If you happen to experience server difficulties, the chances are we’ll be aware of it before you will.

The Server Detective Package enables us to take a proactive approach when looking after your servers, in most cases preventing problems before they occur.

In addition to monitoring your server’s health, we are also able to monitor your server’s backups and antivirus status. Both levels need to be minutely monitored in order to prevent disruption and possible downtime to your business. The monitoring systems are included within our monthly agreements and can also be purchased separately.
